We sell and distribute CD's, SACD's and LP's from renowned international record labels, including Linn Records, Divox Records, Discos Corason, TACET, Acqua Records and Solstice, to name a few. We specialize in, but are not limited to, classical, jazz, folk and world music genres.

*NOTE THAT AUDIO, VISUAL, and PRINT SPECIALISTS, LLC is the parent company. Many of the companies we represent use that name as the name of record on their websites.

NOTE: All purchases to addresses in the United States receive free shipping via USPS First Class Mail. All orders of $25.00 or more to addresses in the United States receive free shipping via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground services. Music discs will generally be shipped via the US Postal Service and heavier products will be shipped via FedEx Ground.






Component Sales: All of the hardware and components we sell have territorial restrictions. For most, the products are restricted to the Austin-area and none are for sale via the internet. For Chord electronics, sales are restricted to Texas. These restrictions DO NOT APPLY to CD and music sales. In addition, these restrictions DO NOT APPLY to Linn independent products, accessories, and parts. Please contact us if you have questions.

Music Sales: We invite you to browse our fantastic collection of CD's, SACD's and LP's by genre or record label. If you can't find a specific CD, please let us know and we will look for it. We have access to a number of labels and distributors and can find almost any specific disc you are looking for. Our prices will be competitive. Send us an email with your request, and we will get back to you with a quote and a timeline for delivery.

CD Return Policy: All music is new and fully guaranteed. If a disc is defective, you may return it for a replacement copy, refund or credit, whichever you prefer (please note which your preference). To return a defective disc to us, no permission is needed, but please be advised that ALL returns must be made within 30 days from the date on the invoice in order for the guarantee to be applicable. You may also wish to insure your package, as we will not be responsible for returned goods lost in the mail.

Our Customer Service Policy: We want you to be satisfied with any purchase you make from us. If you are not, we want to know about it, and we will do what we need to to make you happy. Ordering Information: We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Money Orders. We also accept personal checks from addresses located in the United States, but please note personal checks take at least one week to clear once we have received them. All payments must be made in U.S. currency. Texas USA residents will be charged 8.25% tax.

Shipping & Handling: We ship ALL domestic orders no later than the day after receiving the order (unless there is a federal holiday). Please add one day to the shipping times mentioned below.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

CD orders up to $24.99: FREE First Class USPS. This service will get you your order in up to five days.

CD orders over $24.99: FREE USPS Priority Mail. This service will get your order to you in two to three days.



INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders incur a shipping charge according to the following schedule:

$00.00 - 19.99 incurs a shipping cost of $7.00
$20.00 and over incurs a shipping cost of $15.00


Please note international shipments may take up to two weeks to reach their destination. We generally mail international purchases within 2 days of receiving your order. Those purchases are generally sent via United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail (if available for your destination). The US Postal service indicates that those shipments generally reach their destination within 4 to 6 days of shipment. However, processing through your national customs services may increase the amount of time it takes the purchase to reach you.


ADDITIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:


United States Postal Service EXPRESS MAIL will get your purchase to you in 1 or 2 days. This service will generally get the package to you in 1 day if you are having the package sent to a US Post Office. Otherwise, it will take 2 days to reach its destination. The charges are $20.00 for up to a $20.00 purchase, $28.00 shipping for purchases above $20.00 (generally more than 1 CD).


We also offer UPS and FedEx Ground Services. UPS shipping and handling fees are calculated based on weight of shipment and your location. FedEx Ground is free for purchases above $40 and for all component and speaker purchases. Purchases below $40 will incur an $8 fee for FedEx Ground service.



***If you want a rather quick shipment, the most efficient means is probably USPS Priority Mail.
